Mark Johnson

Mark Johnson has 20 years of experience in consulting, systems integration, and business-to-business networking. Prior to joining Xceleris, Mark was a Managing Director with BearingPoint and KPMG Consulting, where his responsibilities have included e-Business national practice leadership for the UK, leading the e-Business team at a Fortune 50 client; leading the Electronic Commerce initiatives for the Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution Industry, and leading the Electronic Commerce practice for the West Coast. Mark has delivered business value to clients in high tech, energy, retail, apparel, manufacturing, and government. Mark specializes in strategy and implementation of e-Business solutions, with functional concentration in areas such as private networks, collaborative commerce, business-to-business integration, enterprise portals, electronic procurement, and supply chain management. Mark is a graduate of Michigan State University, with an MBA in Marketing and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

Hitesh Merchant

Hitesh has over 16 years of experience in all aspects of operating a software application development business. Prior to joining and co-founding Xceleris, Hitesh was a founding team member and Director of Application Development of eSilicon Corporation, a fabless ASIC vendor, where he developed their eBusiness infrastructure. Prior to eSilicon, Hitesh was Vice President of Professional Services, Vice President of Operations and Finance at Imparto Software Corporation, an eCRM software company, acquired by Primus Knowledge Solutions. Hitesh started his career by founding a software development company in India where he implemented more than 45 domestic and international software projects in the areas of ERP, SCM, SFA, CRM and Engineering applications. Hitesh holds a Master’s degree in Computers and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Stephanie Schweighofer-Jones

Stephanie brings 20 years of worldwide marketing management and leadership experience positioning companies for success through brand and product differentiation. Her experience spans consumer products as well as B2B, high technology hardware, software and services companies. She has held Vice President of Marketing positions in companies such as ArrayComm, Borland and Logitech. She leverages the combined background of ad agency and corporate experience, with considerable time based in Europe as well as the US. Further, she is experienced in IPOs, M&As, start-ups and turnarounds.
